Solace provides personalized audio briefings by accessing and processing your:

• Google Calendar events and meeting details

• Gmail messages and email content

• Slack direct messages and conversations

• Location data for weather and commute information

We use AI to summarize this information and deliver it as audio reports to help you start your day informed.

We access your Google user data solely to:

• Generate personalized morning briefings

• Summarize calendar events, emails, and messages

• Provide weather and commute information

We do not:

• Store your emails, calendar events, or messages permanently

• Share your data with third parties for advertising

• Use your data for any purpose other than generating your briefings

• Track your activity outside of the Solace application

To use Solace, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old

• Provide accurate account information

• Maintain the security of your account credentials

• Grant necessary permissions for calendar, email, and messaging access

By connecting your Google account, you authorize Solace to:

• Read your calendar events and meeting details

• Access your Gmail messages to generate email summaries

• Process this data using AI services to create briefings

You can revoke these permissions at any time through your account settings or Google account permissions page.

We strive to provide reliable service, but:

• The service may experience interruptions or downtime

• We may modify or discontinue features at any time

• Third-party service availability (Google, Slack, etc.) may affect functionality

• AI-generated summaries may contain errors or inaccuracies

You may stop using Solace at any time by:

• Disconnecting service integrations in settings

• Revoking OAuth permissions through Google

• Deleting your account

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms or misuse the service.

Solace is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for:

• Inaccuracies in AI-generated summaries

• Missed meetings or events due to briefing errors

• Service interruptions or data processing delays

• Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of Solace after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
